I am new to Pilates-best workout ever! Mary is so knowledgeable, she makes sure your form is correct so you get an intense but strangely relaxing workout at the same time. I go 3 times a week and within the first 2 weeks I noticed a difference in my posture, flexibility and strength. I feel any fitness level can do this, Mary gives choices of intensity for each exercise so you can start small and work up to more challenging exercises. I look forward to going every week and that says a lot! Abby also teaches there and she is equally awesome!
